Gatheroly provides software for event businesses and hosts to create event websites, collect RSVPs, and manage guest lists.

By using Gatheroly you agree to use the service lawfully, keep login details private, and only upload content you have the right to share. You are responsible for the accuracy of guest and event information you store.

If you upload photos to an event, those photos may be read by automated face-recognition tools when Find my photos is on, so guests can find and download photos of their own face. A guest who uploads a selfie agrees to that one-time comparison. The selfie is not stored. See the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or put other users at risk. The service is provided as-is while we continue to improve it; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
